Payment
A 30% deposit of the total rent is due within 7 days of the time the booking is confirmed. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the beginning of the rental period. After full payment has been received, a voucher, directions and the address of the property are sent to the tenant.
Number of Persons
The number of people cannot exceed the maximum number of people specified in the property description.
Arrival and Departure
The minimum rental period is 3 nights. Rental periods begin after 4 pm on the arrival date and end before 10 am on the departure date.
Damages
The tenant is obligated to report any damages caused my him/her to the property and is financially responsible for these damages.
Complaints
If the tenant has cause for complaint, he/she should inform the owner immediately, so he may take the necessary steps to eliminate the cause for any reasonable complaint.
Linen Rental
Please handle rented linens with care. Do not use linens for anything other than their intended use. Linen should not be washed or ironed by the client. The client is liable for linen they damage and/or any missing linen.
If at any time, due to circumstances beyond the owner's control, the apartment booked becomes unavailable or unfit for habitation, either before or during the rental concerned, all monies received by the owner for this apartment will be refunded to tenant in full and final settlement.
Cancellation Policy
Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date 30% cancellation fee + booking fee.
Cancellations made 29 - 0 days before the arrival date 100% + booking fee.
If at any time, due to circumstances beyond the owner's control, the apartment becomes unavailable or unfit for habitation, either before or during the rental concerned, all monies received by the owner for this apartment will be refunded to tenant in full and final settlement.
