Payment
A 25% deposit of the total rent is due within 7 days of the time the booking is confirmed. The balance is due in Germany no later than one month before the beginning of the rental period. After full payment has been received, a voucher, directions and the address of the key holder are sent to the client.
Number of Persons
The number of people cannot exceed the maximum number of people specified in the property description.
Arrival and Departure
The rental period is one week, usually Saturday - Saturday and begins after 4 pm on the arrival date and ends before 10 am on the departure date.
Damages
The client is obligated to report any damages caused my him/her to the property and is financially responsible for these damages.
Complaints
If the client has cause for complaint, he/she should inform the vendor (Erika Kuen - Garmisch Partenkirchen) immediately, so she may take the necessary steps to eliminate the cause for any reasonable complaint.
Linen Rental
Please handle rented linens with care. Do not use linens for anything other than their intended use. Linen should not be washed or ironed by the client. The client is liable for linen they damage and/or any missing linen.
Cancellation Policy
Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied:
- 10% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made up to 31 days before the beginning of the rental period
- 100 % of the rental price if the cancellation is made 30 - 0 days before the beginning of the rental period.
Should the property manager succeed in re-renting the property for the canceled time period, the client must only pay 10% of the rental price.
If at any time due to circumstances beyond our control the apartment booked becomes unavailable or unfit for habitation, the client will be notified immediately. We will either reimburse the client the entire amount of the rental cost, or, if so instructed, try to arrange an alternative accommodation of equal value (if available).
