PAYMENT A Deposit as specified in our Invoice together with the signed Booking Form must be received by the Agent within 7 days of your request. The balance of rent and a separate amount for the Security Deposit, as specified in our Invoice, is due
at our office 8 WEEKS BEFORE HOLIDAY DATE, upon receipt of which you will be sent full key directions. No booking is valid until confirmed by us in writing. Provisional reservations will be held for 7 days following your request. In the event of the rental balance not being received by our office by the due date we reserve the right to re-let the property and any deposit paid will be forfeit. Payments made within 28 days of the start of the stay must be made by telex bank transfer. If at any time due to circumstances beyond our control the apartment becomes unavailable or unfit for habitation, either before or during the rental concerned, all monies received by us will be refunded to tenant in full and final settlement. Your
DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be returned within 5 weeks* of the end your stay less any extras or breakages. (*maximum 10 weeks where there is an open line telephone.)
2. EXTRAS (see property description)
Extras are payable in advance except where they are calculated according to meter readings, etc. Charges paid on site are due in Euros.
3. ARRIVALS
Unless previously agreed at time of booking, Arrival Time is between l600H and 1800H local time on the first day of rental and departure by l000H on the final day.
4. CANCELLATIONS
Should you be forced to cancel your holiday once it has been accepted and the booking deposit paid, then cancellation charges will be made as follows. Cancellations must be made in writing by the party leader to us by recorded delivery and charges will be calculated from the date the owner receives written notification. It is strongly recommended that tenants take out cancellation insurance.
- Cancellation more than 56 days before holiday : Booking deposit is forfeit
- Cancellation less than 56 days before holiday : 100% of total rental due

SLEEPING CAPACITY Under no circumstances must the number of tenants exceed the maximum stated on your Booking Form,
including babies and overnight guests. 6. Initial BED LINEN is provided, including l hand towel and l bath towel per person, where this is specifically specified as supplied in the description. Extra linen is available on request and a supplementary charge is made.
7. ANIMALS are only allowed by prior agreement in writing.
8. NUISANCES
We reserve the right to terminate a rental immediately without compensation where a tenant causes nuisance of whatever nature to neighbors or the property.
9. CLEANLINESS
Please leave the property neat and clean as you found it. Any excessive extra cleaning necessary will be deducted from the Deposit.
10. PROBLEMS
We cannot take responsibility for any complaints or problems notified after the end of your stay. Please get in touch with our Paris representative immediately if you have a problem - we will use our best endeavors to put things right as soon as possible.
11. LIABILITY / INSURANCE
You may be liable for damage you cause to the property, its fixtures and furnishings, during your stay. If you are not already covered by Personal Liability Insurance (with your homeowners or renters insurance) we can offer you such coverage which covers major events such as fire/flood etc. While Vacations à la Carte will make every endeavor to ensure speedy repairs, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from technical problems with the property, its equipment or facilities.
