How to Book
After having confirmed your reservation, a contract is established in your name and with the dates of your reservation. The contract will be sent to you via e-mail. The contract is immediately valid with payment by credit card. A payment by check or bank transfer will mean that your reservation is only temporary until payment is received. Please print and send us a signed copy of the contract together with a photocopy of your passport by postal mail.
The person designated as responsible for the rental will accept the terms & conditions on behalf of all others using the apartment. The contract will be for a determined duration between the owner and the client.
- 50% of the rental cost is required upon reservation in order to secure your booking.
- The balance must be settled before your arrival to the apartment.
- The security deposit must be settled before your arrival to the apartment or in cash or by credit card upon arrival.
The prepayment will definitively confirm your reservation. If payments are not made on agreed dates, your reservation will be considered as cancelled and the apartment will be offered for rental again. Payment for the reservation is considered the equivalent of accepting the general conditions.
Please send us all details concerning your arrival to Paris. We will be in the apartment to welcome you and to give you all necessary explanations of the apartment as well as the neighbourhood. The arrival inventory will be done and we will inform you about the different services we could offer during your stay in Paris. We will also give you important telephone numbers in case of any problem.
Check-in time is 12.00 pm and check-out time is 10.00 am. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested. Let us arrange your transfer from the airport or the train station to your apartment. An easy way to avoid the all hassle with finding and waiting for a taxi !

The departure inventory will take place on the last day of the rental period.
You should clean the apartment and leave it in the same state and condition as it was at the beginning of the stay. (Including all equipment of the apartment). We can, of course, help you organize the cleaning at the end of your stay. Let us know in advance how many hours you would like to book. Price is 25 euros/hour. Should the apartment not meet the cleaning standards at time of departure, any necessary cleaning cost will be deducted from the deposit.
- For any cancellation made more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the prepayment will be kept by the landlord.
- For any cancellation made less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total prepayment will be kept by the landlord. Change of arrival date and length of stay can be considered as a cancellation. In case of early departure, for whatever reason and at whatever time, there is no refund of the rent paid. No agency fee will be refunded in case of cancellation or modification of your booking.
The damage deposit will be requested in advance (by credit card, transfer or check) or upon arrival to the apartment (by cash or credit card). If the departure inventory does not bring to light any damage to the apartment, the furniture or the equipment (including broken and lost items), the deposit will be returned to you immediately (if paid by cash) or within maximum 1 week (if paid by bank transfer or check).
If there is any damage, the cost of the damage will be deducted from the deposit and the deposit will be released one month after the departure date indicated on the contract. In the case of damage exceeding the deposit, the owner will arrange an estimation of the total costs and the renter will be held responsible for this payment. This contract is governed by French law and will remain under the jurisdiction of French legislation. The owner reserves the right to take legal action against the renter if damage costs are not paid.
General Conditions
The renter must pay the rent at the times and in the manner specified in the Contract.
The renter should not damage or injure the property or make any alteration in or addition to it. The renter should preserve the furniture and the effects for being destroyed or damaged and not remove any of them from the property. The owner should immediately be informed about any damage to the property. The renter is responsible for damage by a third party invited to the apartment during the rental.
The owner or the owner's agent must be able to enter the property to view the state and condition of damage in order to undertake necessary reparations. The renter cannot claim any compensation or rental reduction.
The renter should clean the apartment at the end of the renting in the same state and condition as it was at the beginning of the renting. (Including all equipment of the apartment). If necessary cleaning has not been done upon departure, the cleaning cost will be deducted from the deposit.
The renter must respect the maximum capacity of the apartment.
The renter must not make undue noise between 23.00 and 7.00 and at any time noise should be confined within the property.
The renter can under no circumstances exercise the right to remain on the premises at the end of the stay. (Except with the approval of the owner.)
No pets of any kind are allowed on the premises.
The renter cannot carry out on the property any profession or trade business or let the apartment or receive paying guests on the property.
The owner must respect the general conditions and not request additional charges unless these are stipulated in the Contract.
The owner must supply the client with household linens upon arrival and respect the commitments undertaken with the client during the e-mail exchanges.
The owner must return the security deposit to the renter after the departure inventory if no damage has been brought to light.
The owner cannot be held responsible for any temporary defect of equipment, electricity power cuts, temporary water cuts, loss, breakage or injury due to weather conditions, riot, strike or any other circumstances independent of his/her will. In the case, the apartment is destroyed or considerably damaged by another renter BEFORE the beginning of the rental, the renter will be notified by e-mail and totally reimbursed as soon as possible.
Refundable damage deposit paid on site in Euro (by credit card or in cash - will be returned at check out time).
Linen and utilities are included in the rental price.

The following extras are charged for late arrivals and arrivals on Sundays :
- 30 euros after 8.00 pm
- 30 euros for bank holidays & Sundays
- 50 euros after midnight
