Payment

A 30% deposit of the total rent is due within 7 days of the time the booking is confirmed. The balance is due no later than ten weeks before the beginning of the rental period. After full payment has been received, a voucher, directions and the address of the property are sent to the tenant.

Arrival and Departure

The minimum rental period is 5 nights. Arrival time is between 12 pm and4 pmunless otherwise arranged. Departure time is no later than 10:00 am.

Damages

The client is obligated to report any damages caused by him/her to the property and is financially responsible for these damages.

Complaints

If the client has cause for complaint, he/she should inform the front desk attendant immediately, so he/she may take the necessary steps to eliminate the cause for any reasonable complaint.

Linen

Please handle rented linens with care. Do not use linens for anything other than their intended use. The client is liable for linen they damage and/or any missing linen.

Cancellation Policy

Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges will be applied:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date 80 Euros is due
• Cancellations made 30-21 days before arrival date 30% is due.
• Cancellations made 20-8 days before arrival date 50% is due.
• Cancellations made 7 days or less before arrival date 100% is due.

If at any time due to circumstances beyond the owner�s control the apartment becomes unavailable or unfit for habitation, either before or during the rental concerned, all monies received by the owner will be refunded to tenant in full and final settlement.

Number of persons

If the number of people exceeds that indicated on the voucher and specified in the property description, the representative can refuse entrance to the property.

Nuisances

We reserve the right to terminate a rental immediately without compensation where a tenant causes nuisance of whatever nature to neighbors or the property.

The Accommodation

Treat the accommodation and its furnishings and fittings carefully. Please respect your neighbors and avoid causing noise and/or any nuisances to them.The maximum party size in each property is stated in the description. Use of sleeping bags, etc. to accommodate more people than the maximum number is strictly forbidden. Take sensible security precautions and in particular ensure all windows are closed and doors locked when leaving the property Leave the property in order You must leave the property and furniture in the same arrangement and condition as when you took occupancy. Please empty the dishwasher and put away all the dishes. Empty garbage bins. Fold the towels and the bed linen and place them on the beds.Clients are in all legal respects directly responsible to the property owner, and the property owner is directly responsible to the client. Drawbridge To Europe, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss, whether to person or property, arising from injury, accident, death, delay, alteration or inconvenience, by whatever cause, including airline scheduling, default, strike, war, hostility, civil disturbance or, resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God.
